Scouts and leaders throughout the Mt. Nebo District participated in the Scouting for Food program on Saturday, March 29.
Through their efforts and generous citizens in the area, more than 26,000 pounds of food were collected to benefit the Community Action Food Bank.
This food bank is the second largest in Utah. It distributes more than two million pounds of food annually to thousands of people and many local service organizations.
If you'd like to donate to the food bank, donations are accepted at 815 S. Freedom Blvd., Provo. |
