Ooops: It's OK if Britney does it again
In an April 10 story about Neil Patrick Harris and his TV sitcom, "How I Met Your Mother," The Associated Press reported that Harris stated he did not think Britney Spears should appear on his show in the future.
The pop star's March 24 cameo on the show helped it earn its highest rating ever among the 18-to-49-year-old demographic.
Harris said he did not favor what he called "stunt casting" for his show, but he did not say that he opposed a return engagement for Spears.
'Lost,' 'Grey's Anatomy' tack on episodes
Fans of "Grey's Anatomy" and "Lost" will get a little more of the shows they love this season. Eventually.
ABC announced Monday that it's adding another episode to each show's season, allowing both to have two-hour season finales. That will make for 17 total episodes of "Grey's Anatomy" for the season and 14 of "Lost" (two short of the initially planned 16).
However, because ABC had scheduled its post-writers' strike episodes so tightly, the finale of "Grey's Anatomy" will force "Lost" off the air for a week in May.
Both shows had been scheduled to end their seasons on May 22. Now, though, "Lost" will cede its place on the schedule that night to make room for the two-hour "Grey's Anatomy" finale. It will return May 29 for its own two-hour finale. (Both finales, incidentally, will fall outside Nielsen's May sweeps period, which ends May 21.)
It's a girl for former 'Full House' star
Former child star Jodie Sweetin has a child of her own.
The ex-"Full House" actress and her husband have welcomed a daughter into the family on Saturday, reports People.
"Jodie says that she and her husband and family are absolutely thrilled and in love with baby Zoie," says the actress' rep. Zoie was delivered via C-section and weighed 8 lbs. 7 oz.
Sweetin and Herpin were married in July 2007 at the Little Church of the West on the Vegas Strip. The actress is best known for playing little Stephanie Tanner on "Full House."
