When is it acceptable to back down if you're getting pushed around in high school? You be the judge, either before or after seeing "Never Back Down" at Movies 8 in Provo. So, wait, wait, what if it's just really bad and people hate me? Can I back down then? Anyone? Bueller?
• Saturday
It's Silly Band Names night at Muse Music, 151 N. University Ave. in Provo. OK, maybe not, but isn't half the fun of going to see a show with performers like Random Obscurity and Our Dark Salvation to secretly snicker at the weirdness and solemn pretension? Hmm, you know, Weirdness and Solemn Pretension would be a good band name. |
