No regrets for getting iProvo Print E-mail

Several years ago we decided to switch from dial-up internet to broadband. We considered larger companies but decided to take a chance on iProvo. We have not regretted that decision. The wireless internet in our home provided by iProvo is fast and nearly trouble free. When there is a problem, the MStar customer service rep works to figure it out and gets us back on line quickly. I've only had to call customer service a handful of times, and while it was slow in the beginning, it is top-notch now.

Guests in our home cannot believe how fast our wireless internet is, whether accessing sites online or downloading items. We can sit anywhere in the house with our laptops, even out on our patio, and access the internet. That's not just a convenience, it's a luxury. I believe if the plug is pulled on iProvo, I and many others will be paying higher rates for worse service. Those of you who are not iProvo internet customers should check it out -- the more that join, the better it is to keep a good thing afloat.
