SALT LAKE CITY -- The Utah Department of Environmental Quality has issued a bad-air warning for the Wasatch Front.

The agency says air quality will reach unhealthy levels Monday in Salt Lake, Davis, Utah and Weber counties.

A high-pressure system is trapping particulate matter.

Tuesday should be windy, blowing the bad air out of mountain basins. A storm and cold front is expected starting Wednesday.
