• ROLLOVER ACCIDENT --A Spanish Fork man was airlifted to Utah Valley Regional Medical Center on Sunday after his vehicle rolled down the side of a hill near Birdseye. According to the Utah County Sheriff's Office, 33-year-old Joe Haskell was ejected from his sport utility vehicle but was able to drag himself up the hill to the vehicle and covered himself with a seat cover to stay warm until rescuers arrived. Haskell was airlifted from the scene around 8:30 a.m.
The sheriff's office said there was evidence of alcohol at the scene, and investigators are trying to determine if it was a contributing factor in the accident. • JUVENILE ARRESTS --A 14-year-old boy and a 13-year-old girl were arrested Sunday after an alleged crime spree that Orem police said included hopping a fence into an auto sales yard and taking one vehicle for a spin, damaging several others in the process.
