Citizens who drive 400 South in Springville will have to find a new route or endure construction for months while the road is made wider along with this overpass over the railroad. A new overpass will be constructed over the lower railroad tracks, and a single-point interchange will cross I-15. Construction is slated to start within the next three weeks. |
