Christopher Jeppson sentenced to 5 years in prison Print E-mail
Daily Herald

Christopher Neal Jeppson, a suspect in the killing of Kiplyn Davis, on Friday was sentenced to five years in federal prison.

Jeppson was convicted in September of lying to investigators and a federal grand jury that convened to investigate Davis's disappearance and probable death. He is also one of two men charged with the 15-year-old's murder in state court.

Jeppson was taken into custody immediately after sentencing.

Earlier this week, a judge denied Jeppson's request for a new federal perjury trial.
