Evans asks responsible adults to oversee the use of fireworks and to follow safety precautions. "It's turned up awful dry," he said. "So police will be out looking and watching for illegal fireworks this year." He said he expects the replacement pump to arrive in a few days and that residents will have regular water flow back by Monday.
