Hale Center Theater Orem's production of "Willy Wonka Junior," based on Roald Dahl's book "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory," will be performed Monday through Wednesday at 4 p.m.

The production features youth actors ranging from age 10 to 16. These students have been rehearsing for the past six weeks to prepare. Tickets are $5. For more information, call 226-8600 or visit www.haletheater.com.

PROVO

There will be a dedication of a bench and memorial for pioneer children buried without headstones at the gravesite of Hannah Knight Libby in the Provo City Cemetery today at 11 a.m. Historian D. Robert Carder will speak at the ceremony. All descendants and the public are invited.

SPANISH FORK

The Spanish Fork High School Class of 1948 is celebrating a reunion today at 3 p.m. at the Salem Reception Center on the shore of Salem Pond. Old classmates can enjoy dinner, conversation, and a video featuring photos taken from 1945 to 1948. Kent Davis, chairman of the committee, will interview each attendee and make a movie to add to the slide presentation.

SPRINGVILLE

The 35th Annual Quilt Show at the Springville Museum of Art, 126 E. 400 South, opens Sunday and will be on display through September 4th. This popular show demonstrates the talents of some of Utah's finest fiber artists and allows visitors the chance to experience the aesthetic beauty of the craft. Quality in workmanship, design, color, originality and general appeal are the principle criteria applied by the selection committee for admission into the show. After the panel of jurors qualifies the quilts, they will be displayed, and judged for ribbons/awards by judges Bonnie Bryce and Penny Stephenson. The show's hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday, 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. The show is closed Mondays. Admission to the Museum is free.
