FAIRVIEW-- The North Bend Ensemble consisting of all the performers of the second annual Musical Review, "The Fairview Follies,"opened the show with "We're From Fairview."

The dance hall, decorated in red, white and blue was the perfect back drop for Larry and Rendall Seely's moving rendition of "Don't Tread on Old Glory".

Next, the barbershop quartet of Randy Shelley, Craig Clark, Doug Fryer and Dan Walker harmonized with "Baby Face," and Danielle Lauder - looking very much like Annie in her bright red dress, belted out "Tomorrow".

The C-Minor Children's Chorus encouraged the audience to "Seize The Day," and Eddy Jean Coates inspired the audience to "Climb Every Mountain". An argument broke out between Robert Peel and Michelle Honey. Each was convinced that "Anything You Can Do, I Can Do Better".

The Galecki Family consisting of Gregg, Cindy, Adeline, Mason, Miriam and Clista, left the audience wondering, "Does The Chewing Gum Lose It's Flavor On The Bedpost Overnight."

The Time Out Women's Chorus ended the first act with a beautiful rendition of "Who Will Buy." Angela Daley dramatically told the audience that "You Can't Get A Man With A Gun." Then things got romantic. Sherri Boekweg was "Wishing You Were Here Again," and Cliff Wheeler was happy to be "On The Street Where You Live."

Then Michel Honey, Hailey Mc Farland and Dillon Tabler were "Singing in the Rain."

Sue Lafollette and her graceful hula dancers took us off to the South Pacific with "Bali Hai.""The Fairview Song," with lyrics by Rian Anderson and sung by Robin Davis, Kevin Arnoldson, Rick Trentice and Gary Anderson, made newcomers wish they'd been here longer.

Jacque Martineau brought our patriotic theme to a near conclusion with "God Bless America".

To a standing ovation, the North Bend Ensemble reminded the audience "There's No Business Like Show Business." Gratitude was expressed for the music that was provided before and after the show by the North Sanpete Jazz Combo of Ross Christensen, Devin Shelly, Steven Johansen and Tom Kidder.

The officers and board of the North Bend Entertainers expressed gratitude to the more than 400 people who attended the performances, the ladies who made the bake sale a huge success, and the advertisers and Master of Ceremonies Ray Lafollette for all their help and support.
