• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF -- Several people hunting in Provo Canyon on Saturday in the area above Aspen Grove reported that they were harassed by animal rights activists, according to the Utah County Sheriff's Office. Some hunters also reported that their tires were slashed, and police believe that the tire slashing may be connected to the activists.
The Sheriff's Office is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those involved in the tire slashing. Anyone with information about the crimes can call the Sheriff's Office at 851-4100. |
