Utah County Jr. Miss representatives addressed the Salem City Council Sept 2. The young women volunteered to help with anything Salem City needed because Salem was the only City to donate money to their scholarship pageant. Pictured L to R: Jocelyn Wait, Sonnett Davies and Kiera Cook.
