In an area that boasts one of the highest concentrations of prehistoric American Art on its canyon walls, a large community of contemporary artists also reside.
Visitors to Moab will be given the unique opportunity to tour the studios of some of the city's finest artists.
The Moab Studio Tour is taking place in conjunction with the nationally acclaimed Moab Music Festival on Saturday and Sunday. During the tour, visitors will be able to see the artists on hand demonstrating their craft and answering questions. Artwork will be available for purchase as well.

'Cats'
Don't miss the final shows of this famous Andrew Lloyd Webber Broadway show premiering in Utah County at Payson Community Theatre.
Done in the style of the original play, cast members are in full unitards, complete with fur and accessories. Much of the choreography is similar to the Broadway version as well.
Performances are at 7:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, with a matinee at 3 p.m. on Monday at Payson High School, 1050 S. Main St., Payson.
