ARMED ROBBERY -- Provo police are searching for a suspect who robbed a Quizno's restaurant. According to police, a man went into the restaurant shortly before 9 p.m. on Wednesday, pulled out a six-inch knife and demanded money from the till. No one was injured. The suspect is described as a white male, between 6-foot-2 and 6-foot-4, with a stocky build. At the time of the robbery he was wearing a dark, long-sleeve sweatshirt, blue shorts, gloves and a ski mask.

NUDE PHOTOS -- A woman called Orem police to report that she had e-mailed naked pictures of herself to a man she met online, but the pictures were then sent to her ex-husband and employer.

SHOPLIFTING ALTERCATION -- A security guard at the Macy's at the University Mall got into an altercation on Wednesday with two women after seeing them shoplift some jewelry. The guard stopped the two women outside the store and when she attempted to detain one she believed was carrying the jewelry in her purse the woman started biting her, while the other woman took off her shoe and started hitting her with it. The suspects escaped but the guard was able to hold onto the purse and recovered the jewelry, as well as the suspect's photo identification. The suspect is from American Fork. Police said they spoke to the suspect over the phone when she called and said she was assaulted by a woman at the mall who stole her purse.
