• The Women's Division of the Provo/Orem Chamber of Commerce will have its monthly luncheon at noon on Thursday at Sizzler, 1240 S. State St. in Orem. The speaker will be Chamber President Steve Densley, who will present the new officers for 2009. The public is invited. • The Once Upon a Christmas home tour will be Thursday and Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. each night. The home tour will feature seven custom homes in the Alpine area elaborately decorated in the latest holiday fashions. The tour will feature home owners such as Brent & Kim Brown (owners of Brent Brown Toyota/Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge), Lynette Loveland, Gary & Sue Brown and others opening their homes to the tour this year. Also, Interiors Unlimited will be staging/decorating two homes on the tour this year.

Several vendors including Scentsy, The Quilting Post, Motives Customized Cosmetics, Hatch Patch Creations and others will have booths in home No. 4. Tickets are $7 and can be purchased at Pine Valley Realty, 375 S. Main Street #2, Alpine, or by calling Signs of Hope International at (866) 511-7644. All proceeds from the tour will benefit the educational needs of deaf children in Africa. With your help, Signs of Hope International is able to continue its programs and bring hope to those who have lost it.
