LINDON -- For the past 12 years, the Valley Center Playhouse has held an annual awards dinner. They're affectionately referred to as "the Harvies."
The playhouse produced 11 plays last year. Awards included:
* Karen Hill and Kelly Stone, best child actress and actor.
* Jayme Holdaway Smith, and Mike Gray, best supporting actress and actor.
* Kelli Pratt, and Ben Schlenske, best character actress and actor.
* Marlene Arnold, best senior actress.
* Erica Glenn, Brynne Thomas and Robert Gibbons, best youth leads.
* Jessica Woahn, best youth supporting actress.
* Tyler Belnap, Josh Badger and Jessica Woahn, best child leads.
* Shannon Babb, Taylor Godfrey and Dallin Wootton, best child supporting roles.
* Arlene McGregor, and Scott Sweeney, best cameo apperances.
* Mason Emerson, best lighting and sound.
* Rene Sheets, best costumes.
* Jake Suazo and Joyce Gunther, best set.
* Betsy Passmore, best choreography.
* Shiela Heindel, service award.
* JC Carter and Kathryn Ruzicka, best directors.
* "Dancing Shoes" and "See How They Run" shared the honor for best play.
* Donna M. Schnitz, the LeRoy Wilcox Award.
