Doors will open at 10 a.m. for visiting. Tickets will be sold for a delicious box lunch beginning at 11 a.m. Lunch will be at noon, followed by a special program with a sesquicentennial theme.

The Relic Home and Blacksmith Shop will be open and operating following the program.

The public is encouraged to attend this event, learn of the history of Mt. Pleasant, get involved and help this celebration continue.

Interested persons can visit the Relic Hall and Blacksmith Shop to view their treasures, along with the history of the signing of the Blackhawk War.

Persons desiring to volunteer to work at the Relic Hall can contact Roxey Washburn at 435-462-2334.
