Missing Poster - Breezy and Riley

Juab County Sheriff’s Office announced they located the vehicle the missing Eureka teens were driving, but have not found them.

The statement made on Facebook indicates the vehicle, a Jeep, that Brelynne “Breezy” Otteson, 17, and Riley Powell, 18, were driving in when they were last seen was found by Search and Rescue with the help of the Utah Department of Public Safety Air Bureau.

It was found far from the road in the Cherry Creek area, the post states.

Search and Rescue members searched the area with cadaver dogs, but found nothing.

The teens went missing on Dec. 30 when they left Tooele to go home to Eureka. They had planned to stop in Spanish Fork, as well.

They were reported missing on Jan. 2.

Authorities have previously said that Powell liked to go off-roading, and they suspected the teens may become stuck driving down a dirt road.

On Thursday, family members posted on the “Searching for Breezy and Riley” Facebook page and said they were offering a $5,000 reward for information that would lead to the location of Otteson and Powell.
