LEHI -- It wasn't just prehistoric animals Monday evening at Thanksgiving Point's Museum of Ancient Life. Amidst the huge dinosaurs were hidden yellow ducks in place for this week's Museum Mondays theme of dinosaur ducks. As part of the program, museum patrons were invited to take part in various dinosaur-related activities including a scavenger hunt, crafts and games. Debra Maughan of the education department at Thanksgiving Point said the Monday night activities gives visitors something new and unique to look forward to each time.

"They can come more often because it's different every time," Maughan said. In addition, the activities promote observation, creativity and motor skills for young children. "They don't know they're learning so much, which makes it so good."
