Springville police had 260 calls last week including 57 of those for animal related problems, with three assaults, one burglary, three civil problems, six incidents of criminal mischief, four for disorderly conduct, one for domestic violence, two for drugs, five for family problems, eight for found property, three for fraud, four for harassment, seven for juveniul problems, one runaway and 18 for suspicious circumstances among the total.
John Adam Bott, 12686 S. 4000 West, Payson, was arrested for three counts of theft of motor fuel from Flying J. Cortney Chipman, 98 E. 700 South, Springville, was arrested for domestic violence/assault and domestic violence in the presence of a child.
Maddie Joan Breakwell, 315 E. 3140 North, Provo, was cited for possession of alcohol by a minor. A female juvenile with Breakwell was referred to Juvenile Court for possession of tobacco by a minor and giving false information to police.
James Everett Hale, 1437 S. 400 East, Springville, was arrested for four counts of domestic violence in the presence of a child, aggravated assault, simple assault and interferring with arrest. Ty Allen Hall, 1240 E. Canyon, Spanish Fork, was arrested for an outstanding warrant and unlawful possession of a transaction card.
Enrique Pablo Maldonado, 360 W. 400 North, Springville, was cited for obstructing justice and harboring a runaway. A female juvenile with Maldonado was arrested for a warrant and failure to stop.
Two female juveniles were cited for simple assault and curfew and one also for criminal mischief. David Taft Merrill, 1157 W. 1325 South, Springville, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and damage to a police vehicle.
Austin Nuzman, 1525 S. 400 East #50, Springville, was cited for shoplifting at Sunroc. Jered Cameron Orvin, 353 S. 200 East, Springville, was arrested for two warrants. John Anthony Richins, 555 E. 700 South, Springville, was arrested for possession of a firearm by a restricted person and possession of a dangerous weapon by a restricted person and two warrants after police stopped two persons walking along, one with a firearm.
A female juvenile was cited for shoplifting at Allens. A male juvenile was cited for possession of tobacco by a minor.
Money was taken from the safe at Little Ceasers. Police found the suspects but charges were dropped. Money is missing from Yummies, which police are investigating. A vehicle was broken into and wallet, CDs, Ipod and change taken.
Other thefts included four different bicycles, propane from Flying J, three gas cans, with gas, taken from a utility trailer; and power washer from a garage.
