Springville Youth Tackle Football sign-ups for the 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th grades will be held Monday and Tuesday, July 6 and 7, at the Springville High School from 6 to 9 p.m. Registration forms can be found online at www.springvilleyouthfootball.com.

Cost to play for 6th, 7th and 8th grades is $80. Cost for 9th grade is $130. There will be a $10 late fee.
