I would like to thank the people and businesses of Springville who supported me with my Eagle Scout project to raise money to purchase medical equipment for orphanages in Kazakhstan. Over the last few weeks, you may have noticed my donation drums in Springville businesses.

Through these donations and the donations from family and friends, along with a yard sale I held at my house, I was able to raise over $1,200.

Using this money I was able to buy much needed diagnostic medical equipment such as stethoscopes, thermometers, blood pressure cuffs, etc. and ship them all to a relief organization in Missouri. LDS Humanitarian Services even donated three wheelchairs.

These items will greatly affect the quality of life for orphans in Kazakhstan. Thank you for your generous support.
