Don Allphin is a welcome candidate in the race for Provo Mayor. Don is a passionate member of our community and understands some of the pressing issues facing Provo residents, especially issues involving the West-side and his Geneva Road area.
Provo will get a new Mayor come November and Don will enhance the debate of which candidate has the right vision to ensure that Provo achieve greater safety, prosperity, and unity. I welcome Don as a candidate and look forward to robust and lively discussions to help voters learn our views and to help set Provo on the right course.
I hope that Provo voters will take the opportunity to learn about each candidate. With a struggling economy and lingering doubts about critical City services, residents need to see that the three declared candidates each have a unique vision for the future of our community. Our varied backgrounds and experiences will give the voters who take a serious look ample evidence of who is best prepared to serve.
