Springville police had 204 calls last week including 40 for animal problems, five for civil problems, three for criminal mischief, three for domestic violence, three for family problems, one forgery, five for fraud, four for harassment, one identify fraud, seven juvenile problems, three runaways and 18 for suspicious circumstances.

Tonya Pickering Adamson, 1945 S, Main, Springville, was referred to court for protective order violation. Jason Eric Allen, 22 E. 360 North, Goshen, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

Brook Charles Anderson, 579 N. 2500 West, Vernal, was arrested for a warrant. A male juvenile was cited for shoplifting at Allens.

Shane Ray Ball, 655 N. 220 East, Provo, was referred to court for two counts of burglary and two for theft in a case at M&R Equipment. Also referred to court in the same case were: Danny Lewis Herring, 250 N. 1265 West, Provo, for two counts of forgery and two for theft; Allison Lemus, 655 W. 920 South, Provo, for two counts of possession of stolen property, forgery and theft by deception; and Benjamin Arthur Shepherd, 533 S. Lucerne Dr., Salem, for two counts each of burglary, theft and possession of stolen property.

Kent J. Busby, 624 E. 700 South, Springville, was cited for two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. A male juvenile with Busby was cited for possession of tobacco by a minor.

Derringer John Dade, 700 S. 1600 West, Provo, was arrested for a warrant and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Two female juveniles were cited for possession of alcohol by a minor.

Charles Cogan Farnsworth, 388 N. Main #4, Springville, was referred to the city prosecuter for theft. Lester Wayne Flickinger, 127 S. 500 East, Provo, was arrested for two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia in a drug--free zone and shoplifting.

A male juvenile was booked into juvenile detention for sexual abuse of a child. Alicia Johnson Old Chief, 750 W. 400 South, Springville, was charged with telecommunications harassment.

Jacob Jon Robertson, 1177 S. 830 West, Payson, was cited for suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia and no insurance. Elva Santana, 950 W. 500 North, Provo, was cited for theft at Walmart.

Jeremy Verl Shepherd, 412 N. 1000 West, Lehi, was arrested for a warrant and shoplifting at Allens. Kevin Nolan St. Jeor, 447 E. 800 North, Springville, was arrested for lewdness and intoxication.

Paul L. Sudweeks, 345 E. 200 North, Springville, was arrested for DUI with a child in the vehicle. Charges were filed on Kurtis Lemar Tolley, 1525 S. 400 East #16, Springville, for two counts of theft and two for forgery. Kevin Wayne Hutchings, 2315 W. Country Bend, South Jordan, was arrested for DUI, and alcohol restricted driver.

Thefts included a purse from Walmart, the credit card later used there; tools from a garage, fuel card from a vehicle and engine parts from another vehicle.
