SALT LAKE CITY -- Authorities have identified the man who died after apparently crashing his ATV on a dirt road near Mount Pleasant over the weekend.

The Sanpete County sheriff's office says 50-year-old Mark Mattenson, of Chester, Sanpete County, was killed Saturday.

A farmer came upon him and called 911. Mattenson was flown by helicopter to a hospital, where he later died.
