USU extension will hold an event for Intermountain Master Wool Grower Program Feb. 6, from 1 to 6 p.m., with dinner included; Feb. 7, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., in the second floor Heritage Room in the Noyes Building. Courses include master stockman tools for decision making; range management; nichie marketing; ultrasound selection of rams; economics of predator control and basic ranch record keeping.

Mt. Pleasant Library story time

Mt. Pleasant Public Library will hold children's story time each Wednesday from 1130 a.m. to 12 Noon, for preschoolers; and from 2 to 2:45 p.m., for elementary age. 24 East Main Street.

Car care class

On the spot renewal

On the Spot Renewal Service is an online point of sale service used by more than 400 inspections stations throughout Utah to renew vehicle registrations and issue decals immediately. This enables motorists to complete a vehicle inspection and renew the annual registration in moments. This can be done locally at Pearson Tire, 265 N. Main, Ephraim. Manti aerobics

Disabled Veterans

TOPS Clubs

Take Pounds Off Sensibly (TOPS) Clubs meet weekly. The group meets every Thursday, from 5 - 6 p.m., at Mt. Pleasant Elementary School, Southwest entrance. Visitors are always welcome. The first meeting is free.

Gun Safety

Sign-ups are now underway at Mtn Man Outdoors, Ephraim, for a Gun Safety Course. 25 individuals are needed for the class to be held. For registration or for more information, call 435-283-3344.
