Saratoga Springs looks to accommodate growth with new city hall and library

Saratoga Springs, like most of Utah County, is experiencing tremendous growth. And with more people comes the need for municipal facilities that compliment the city's current population. Saratoga Springs was officially incorporated in December 1997. At the time, the 6,944-acre town was home to fewer than 200 residents.
