• Springville 45, Payson 7: At Payson, the visiting Red Devils dominated the Lions on the final night of the regular season.
Luke Frampton caught three touchdown passes and had 120 receiving yards for Springville (6-4, 4-2), who will play at Dixie in the first round of the playoffs next week.
Payson finishes the season with a 2-8 record, 1-5 in region play.
• Juan Diego 21, Delta 7: At Delta, the Rabbits took a lead into halftime, but Juan Diego took over after the half to claim the Region 8 title.
Dayton DeLoach put Delta on top with a 1-yard run in the second quarter. But Jaron Kinniger scored on a 72-yard run in the third quarter to tie the game, and Juan Diego added two more touchdowns to complete the win. The Rabbits had just four second-half first downs.
Both teams came into the game tied atop the league standings at 4-0. With the win, Juan Diego (10-0, 5-0) will face Wasatch in the playoffs next week, while Delta (9-1, 4-1) will host Union.
• North Sanpete 28, Carbon 14: At Price, North Sanpete scored a touchdown in each quarter to take care of the Dinos.
The Hawks (3-7, 3-2) move on to a 3A first-round playoff date at Judge next week, while Carbon finished the season winless at 0-10, 0-5.
• Emery 48, Salem Hills 20: At Emery, the visiting Hawks couldn't keep pace with Emery in the regular-season finale for both teams.
In its first season of football, Salem Hills had a 1-8 regular-season record, 1-4 in Region 8.
• Millard 41, ALA 14: At Fillmore, Millard ended the Eagles' season in a 2A play-in game.
Millard got out to a 41-0 lead through three quarters before American Leadership (0-10, 0-5) scored a pair of fourth-quarter touchdowns.
• Beaver 26, Gunnison 6: At Beaver, Gunnison's season came to an end in a 2A play-in game.
After the Bulldogs (2-8, 1-4) tied the game at 6 in the second quarter, Beaver scored the final 20 points of the contest to take home the win and advance in the playoffs.
• Millard 1, Rowland Hall 0: At Sandy, a goal in the ninth minute from Brianna Lemon lifted Millard into the 2A soccer final today.
• St. Joseph 10, Beaver 0: At Sandy, St. Joseph routed Beaver to advance to the 2A soccer final, where it will play Millard today at 2:30 p.m. at Alta High School.
• Park City 2, Juan Diego 1: At Sandy, Hannah Terry scored six minutes into overtime to give Park City the win and advance the Miners into the 3A title game.
• Waterford 2, Logan 1: At Sandy, Waterford got goals from Cami Phillips and Hailey Karg and held off Logan to advance to the 3A championship game, where it will play Park City today at noon at Alta High School.
