ORLANDO -- Trailing by 21 points heading into the fourth quarter, the Utah Jazz summer league team rallied to defeat Orlando 92-84 in overtime on Thursday.
The Magic led 49-35 at halftime and 72-51 after three quarters. But Utah used a 20-7 run to start the fourth to chip away at the Orlando lead, then got within three with 30 seconds to play. The Jazz cut the deficit to one with a steal and a fastbreak layup.
Following two free throws from the Magic's Russell Robinson, Utah's Derrick Brown hit a running layup and was fouled. Brown made the charity shot to tie the game and Orlando didn't score on the ensuing possession, sending the game to OT.
In overtime, the Jazz outscored the Magic, 8-0. All eight points came from the free throw line, including four from Kevin Kruger, who has played for the Utah Flash the past two years.
The Jazz were led by Brown, who contributed 25 points and five rebounds in 22 minutes. Kruger (16), Wes Matthews (15) and Josh Duncan (11) rounded out the double-digit scoring for the Jazz, with Utah's second-round draft pick, Goran Suton, leading the Jazz with 10 boards. He also had eight points.
Utah's first-round NBA draft pick, Eric Maynor, had two points, two rebounds and an assist.
Ryan Anderson paced the Magic with 26 points -- including five 3-pointers -- seven rebounds and two blocks.
The Jazz will play the Oklahoma City Thunder today at 9 a.m. MT on the final day of the summer league tournament.
In other games, Roy Hibbert had 28 points and nine rebounds as the Indiana Pacers edged Boston, 91-88; and Russell Westbrook led the Thunder with 19 points, nine assists and four rebounds as Oklahoma City defeated New Jersey/Philadelphia, 83-62.
