ASHLEY FRANSCELL/Daily Herald "In the last 10 years we have tripled in sales," said Elaine Tomlinson who has been managing the State Liquor Agency in American Fork for 16 years and working there 33 years. "I think it's is because Lehi and Pleasant Grove both had packing agencies that went out of business." The state has noticed increased demand for liquor in Utah County, so a new liquor store will be built on Pleasant Grove Blvd. The store will be completed in about a year.
