Outdoor summer reading season might be coming to an end, but soon it'll be cozy fall reading season. If that's not enough reason to refresh your book collection, it's also National Read A Book Day on Friday!

From quirky and unique to lovely and nostalgic, Utah County has no shortage of hole-in-the-wall bookstores. You'll want to spend hours contentedly browsing between bookshelves of new, used and rare books for prices typically well below chain bookstores (plus bonus points for supporting local businesses!).

Go explore the shelves, find a new book — or two, or twelve — to delve into, and have a blast entering the new worlds contained within pages.
