It's time to celebrate, all you breakfast-lovers out there in Utah County. March 7 is National Cereal Day, and you can celebrate at a multitude of restaurants and shops throughout the valley.
From cereal-coated french toast to cereal-infused ice cream, there's something for everyone:
Macs A La Mode's Fruity Pebbles ice cream sandwich
Macs A La Mode, a dessert parlor that recently opened in Orem, offers a unique variety of macaron ice cream sandwiches. Store owner and confectioner Jenna Parker makes the desserts with new flavors every week, along with four every-week staples, including a Fruity Pebbles flavor.

Cubby's cornflake Brioche French Toast
Cubby's is a local favorite for fresh and delicious lunches and dinners, but did you know they're open for breakfast too? One delectable early-morning menu item is their Brioche French Toast, which is coated in corn flakes and topped with fresh berries and homemade vanilla syrup.

Fruity Pebbles donut at Daylight Donuts
Two top breakfast foods combined into one? Sign me up. Daylight Donuts has a variety of unique donut flavors, including one topped with icing and colorful Fruity Pebbles.

Cowboy Donuts Fruity Pebbles donut
Cowboy Donuts in Spanish Fork is also on the Fruity Pebbles donut train. The shop has more than 20 assorted donut flavors daily, including one with pink frosting topped with the bright cereal flakes. They also serve kolaches and seasonal pastries.

Brooker's Founding Flavors cereal ice cream
Anyone who has been to Brooker's Founding Flavors knows that the whole experience inside the shop is a treat, not just the ice cream. With a heavy-handed American History theme, each ice cream flavor is named after a historical figure. The menu their Gouverneur Morris's We the People's Breakfast Bash flavor as "breakfast cereal infused ice cream."

Rockwell's Muddy Buddy ice cream
There's no shortage of fun and delicious ice cream shops in Utah County. One is Provo's popular Rockwell Ice Cream, which features an array of classic and creative flavors. To celebrate National Cereal Day, give Rockwell's Muddy Buddy flavor a go. The creamy treat is made up of milk chocolate ice cream with crunchy Chex covered in chocolate and powdered sugar. The shop also has a seasonal Fruity Pebbles flavor in rotation.
