Monday is National Gluten Free Day, a day to support those who are gluten-free by eating gluten-free for one day.
There are several medical issues that prevent people from having gluten in their diets, including celiac's disease and gluten intolerance, and the holiday was formed to stand in solidarity with those with the medical conditions.
If you want to try a gluten-free meal, here are a few suggestions.
At CoreLife Eatery, the majority of their menu is gluten free. Several of their gluten free options include grain bowls, green bowls, rice bowls, meat platters and all of their sides and soups.

Cubby’s advertises many gluten-free items right on their menu, including several of their salads like the Tri-Tip Salad and Buffalo Chicken Salad, as well several of their breakfast options like Huevos Rancheros.

Good Thyme Eatery
All six of Good Thyme Eatery's protein options are gluten free -- Marsala Beef Short Ribs, Pumpkin Curry Chicken, Chile Guajillo Pork, Santa Maria Tri-Tip, Coconut Chorizo Curry and Roasted Pork Tenderloin. Other gluten free options include four of their five sides and 11 of their 12 salads.

Sandwich shops aren’t a typical gluten-free hot spot, but Oh Mai Vietnamese Sandwich Shop has several Vietnamese specialty items that are gluten free, including their sandwiches with a Vermicelli Noodle “Bun,” rice dishes or pho.

If you are looking for a gluten free pizza option, you can check out MOZZ. They offer their pizzas on a gluten-free crust for a fee.

If a burger is more your taste, Burgers Supreme in Provo offers other options than their regular buns for their burgers, including a gluten free bun.

Burritos aren't typically a gluten-free friendly menu item, but Sweeto Burrito has Bowlers that allow you to order their burritos without the tortilla.
The bowl comes with your choice of meat and rice, black beans, shredded cheese, and two special sauces -- a rather simple and straightforward makeup, but tasty nonetheless.

Several of Wallabys Smokehouse's meat dishes are gluten free, and so are their sides, like their Smashers. Their menu also says you can ask about additional gluten free options.
