Ginger’s Garden Cafe
The food at Ginger’s Garden Cafe in Springville exudes fresh, clean and crisp in every bite. You can gobble up an appetizer, entree and dessert -- and be full -- and yet not feel guilty or feel awful either.
The menu at Ginger’s Garden Cafe includes a wide variety of vegetarian and vegan options, including vegan Nachos, a wide variety of salads, sandwiches and wraps, grilled vegetarian sandwiches, veggie burgers and raw food items like tacos, pizza or lettuce wraps. They also serve organic fruit smoothies.

Good Thyme Eatery
Good Thyme Eatery is an alternative to fast food or buffet style restaurants, with an emphasis on food that is fresh -- and locally produced, where possible.
The menu at Good Thyme includes a “Farmer’s Market” section with 13 different kinds of salads, with ingredients like kale, grains, beets, citruses, shrimp, butternut squash and quinoa.

Aubergine & Company
One would never guess that the elegant name "Aubergine" is actually the same word for eggplant in England. The restaurant has a wide variety of healthy options from power bowls and salads and even desserts.
The restaurant has a Mediterranean and Greek theme, and includes healthy menu items such as their Signature Falafel Salad, acai bowls, chopped salads, rice bowls, vegetable soups and sides like hummus and pita bread. They also serve healthy breakfast items and their desserts are homemade with natural sweeteners like agave, honey, maple syrup and dates.

Bowl of Heaven
Bowl of Heaven specializes in making healthy fruits and vegetables taste heavenly.
With a frozen combination of fruits and greens, like açaí berry, pineapple, blueberries, apple juice, fresh kale, fresh spinach, and more, their acai bowls are then topped with more healthy-yet-sweet ingredients like fresh berries, bananas, honey, granola and even dark chocolate.

CoreLife is billed as an active lifestyle restaurant, primarily focusing on custom-created dishes that are greens-, grains- or broth-based. All menu items are free of trans fats, artificial colors, GMOs, sweeteners and other artificial flavors.
Location: 197 NW State St., American Fork
This Highland restaurant bills itself as serving "pure, clean food with a twist." Some of its best dishes are salads, including the Pear and Gorgonzola Spinach Salad and the Raspberry Chicken Salad. Ask for dressing on the side, and try your very hardest to bypass the selection of cakes, pastries and cupcakes on display by the counter where you place your order. Remember, you are there for the healthy stuff.

You on the juice? Well, no, not that kind of juice. Natural fruit and veggies are blended into tasty, healthy delights at this juice bar in downtown Provo. Ivie also offers smoothies, shakes and acai bowls.
The menu items have a lot of adaptability: Employee Cassidy VanSolkema said customers often choose to turn their smoothies and shakes into an Acai bowl instead.

Located on the northwest end of the Nu Skin building, The Spoon might be easy to pass by, but you shouldn’t. The restaurant serves healthy eating options from the drinks — such as flavored waters and lemonades — to lunch entrees like sandwiches and flatbread pizzas.

Need a little enlightenment to stay with your healthy eating goals? Head to Guru’s in Provo. Their website says it all, they have “healthy food to suit anyone’s palate — from the carnivore to the vegetarian.” Their menu features soups, salads, wraps, cold sandwiches, hot sandwiches, veggies, hand-tossed pizza, pastas and rice bowls, as well as tacos and burritos.
