Maxwell’s East Coast Eatery
If you are looking to avoid the Sundance traffic and chaos, visit Maxwell's East Coast Eatery. It is located away from the traffic jams, non-existent parking spots, long lines and two-hour seating times of the Main Street restaurants. Boasting a large menu filled with both American and Italian favorites, Maxwell's is sure to have something to please every palate. It also has a location in Salt Lake City.

Bandits Grill and Bar
Located on Main Street, Bandits Grill and Bar offers a haven with their quick and friendly service. The menu runs the Western gamut with wood-fired barbecue, steaks, prime rib and seafood (salmon, rainbow trout and shrimp), sandwiches and burgers, and salads and soup dominating the proceedings. The cost was a bit pricey by Utah County standards — but likely on the cheaper side for a Main Street restaurant in Park City (during Sundance no less).

Wasatch Brew Pub
The longest running brewpub in Utah sits at the top of historic Main Street in Park City. Aside from it's many brewery options, it offers an upscale menu including a blackened salmon salad, buffalo burgers, braised pork, braised chicken thighs and nachos.

Chimayo is often among the busier restaurants during Sundance, but if you are looking for delicious southwestern food, it is a great choice. The menu is more upscale than most southwestern fares that you may have seen, with items like Puerto Nuevo Style Sea Scallops and Roasted Vegetables Enchiladas, it takes the food to a whole new level.

Located at the top of Main Street in Park City, Blue Iguana offers a Mexican food menu including their famous moles. They also serve Mexican-style seafood and traditional Mexican favorites like enchiladas, tacos and burritos. If you are headed to Park City with your family, Blue Iguana has several item on their kids' menu.

Windy Ridge Cafe
If you are looking to get away from Main St., Windy Ridge Cafe is a great alternative and isn't too far to travel. The restaurant offers a fresh menu of salads, sandwiches and entrees, including options for kids. For lunch, you can choose one of their signature sandwiches or salads, and for dinner, they offer entrees including baked meatloaf, Utah red trout, peppered sirloin or herb roasted chicken. They also have family to-go options.
