Senate Bill 211, Cannabinoid Product Act, was sponsored by Sen. Evan Vickers, R-Cedar City.
This bill put a framework in place, so that if Utah ever legalizes medical marijuana, it would already know how to handle it.
The bill was still in the Senate Rules Committee when the session ended, and never made it to the House of Representatives.
