On June 8, 2008 Ruth Helen Johanne Lamberty Brinkerhoff returned to her heavenly home where her parents James or Leonard Roman Lamberty and Helen Louise Keeling Lamberty had preceded her. Richard, her younger brother, was there too.

Ruth was born in Kewanee, Illinois and was educated in many schools across the country in her younger years.

She graduated from BYU in Elementary Education and later taught in the public schools in Salt Lake City.

She was taught the gospel and joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1958. Ruth then served a mission to the New England States Mission from 1964-1965.

In 1968 she met and married John David Brinkerhoff from Snowflake, Arizona. They were sealed for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake Temple. They then bought a home and settled in Provo, Utah.

She has devoted her time to working with children; teaching dance for more than forty years.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 noon on Friday, June 13, 2008 at the Bonneville 4th Ward Chapel, 1289 East 300 South, Provo. Friends may call one hour prior to the services at the chapel. Interment will be at Provo City Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to info@bergmortuary.com.
