Claudia Anderson Coombs, our beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed peacefully May 31, 2019, after a long battle with MDS.

If you were lucky enough to have the pleasure of Claudia cooking for you, you knew you were getting some of the best food Utah had to offer. She had many loyal customers who would only eat if Claudia was in the kitchen.
Claudia enjoyed bowling, camping, crafting, karaoke in the car with the grandchildren, a good episode of CSI or Criminal Minds, but most all she loved spending time her husband, children, grandchildren and friends.
Claudia leaves behind the love of her life and husband Gilbert Troy Coombs; her children Elliot (Taunya) Webb, Brydger (Anjeanette) Webb; her grandchildren Brayden, Connor, Quyncie, Brylee, Taysia and Dallyn Webb; and her brothers Edward and Lynn Anderson.
