No higher authority than the will of the people
How interesting when one unelected secular federal judge rules that the will of the people of Utah is “unconstitutional.” I contend that there is nothing more “constitutional” than the state-wide referendum on homosexual individuals obtaining the legal definition of marriage.
I believe that in a country based upon principles stated by Pres. Lincoln as a nation “of the people, by the people and for the people” there is no higher governmental authority than the will of the people, the true sovereigns of our nation.
If the people of Utah and this nation continue to believe that all our God-given rights come from a secular judiciary, then we have truly lost the nation our forefathers fought for.
