Utah Valley Parade of Homes showcases new houses across the county that are fully decorated and landscaped. Heading into its 42nd year, the 2019 parade is touted by organizers as the "best that Utah Valley Home Builders has ever produced."Â
Of course, we all know we just like the opportunity to peek into other people's homes and find inspiration from new floor plans and interior decorating.Â

Notre Maison home in Mapleton.
Of the 14 Utah County cities where the 40 homes in the parade are located, Mapleton is home to the most with six homes.

The smallest home
Of the 40 homes, the Tate is the smallest at 2,153 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms in Eagle Mountain. The price is $200,000-$400,000.
The largest home
The largest home in the Parade of Homes is the Creekside Resort at 22,872 square feet, with four bedrooms and six bathrooms by McEwan Custom Homes in Alpine. It's priced at more than $5 million.
The home includes an indoor tennis court, racquetball court, game room, theater room, two pools and a detached garage with a tunnel to the house.
There are six homes total in the Parade of Homes that are more than 10,000 square feet.
Which city has the largest average square footage?

Of the parade homes, Alpine has homes with the highest average square footage, at 8,531 average square feet. The homes' actual square feet range from 2,564 all the way to 12,000 square feet.
When can you see them?
A home in Pleasant Grove currently under construction is featured in this year's Parade of Homes, which is currently under way.
The Parade of Homes starts June 6 and runs through June 22. Addresses for the 33 homes will be available beginning June 6.
