The areas of Santaquin, Genola and Goshen have a rich history in Utah County.

Santaquin is home to more than 9,300 people, Genola has more than 1,500 residents and Goshen's population is now more than 950. However, the area hasn't always been home to that many people.

Santaquin was originally incorporated as a town in the 1890s, and as a city in 1932.

Genola and Goshen are both incorporated as towns. Genola was incorporated in 1932 and Goshen was incorporated in 1910.

The area has grown significantly since that time from its roots as a small farming community to the city and towns there today.
