Utah County is home to a wide variety of homes, from mega-mansions to more cozy quarters.

But what does the average Utah County home look like?

According to the Utah Association of Realtors, 4,813 homes were sold in Utah County this year through the end of June. The median price of those homes was $324,881

The Utah Association of Realtor's numbers show that the median price was on the rise through the first six months of 2019. In June, the median home price was up to $335,000.

The median home price has risen drastically over the past several years, according to the association's reports. In June 2018, the median home price in Utah County was $315,000 and in June 2017, it sat at $273,000. In June 2010, you could get a home in Utah County for a median price of $197,000.

Utah County ranges on the higher end of housing prices compared to the rest of the state, ranking 8th out of 29 for median home prices, according to the report. The ten counties in Utah with the highest median home pries through the first six months of 2019 are:

  • Summit County: $795,000
  • Wasatch County: $517,500
  • Morgan County: $422,500
  • Grand County: $375,000
  • Salt Lake County: $336,000
  • Rich County: $332,000
  • Wayne County: $330,000
  • Utah County: $324,881
  • Davis County: $323,000
  • Washington County: $315,000

So what kind of home can you buy for the median home price in Utah County?

The following 20 homes are on the market Utah County and are all within $100 of the 2019 year-to-date median home price in Utah County. These homes range in size from 1,410 square feet to more than 3,000 square feet and come with lot sized anywhere from 0.01 to 0.5 acres.
