Home prices vary quite a bit across Utah County, but which areas are the most expensive?

The U.S. Census Bureau tracks the median value of owner-occupied housing units -- which includes owner-occupied houses, condos and townhomes -- within each city and town, as well as the median gross rent for those areas. The most recent numbers released track the median housing unit value for 2012-2016.

Utah County as a whole recorded a median home value of $239,300 and a median gross rent of $919.

The following are the median value of owner-occupied housing units and median gross rent for each Utah County city, ranked by home value.
