It’s probably no surprise, but babies are not exactly a rarity in Utah County.

According to the most recent numbers from the Utah Department of Vital Records and Statistics, there were 11,617 babies born to Utah County residents in 2017.

That number has gradually increased over the past 20 years. In 1998, the recorded number of births was at 9,232.

According to recently released numbers from the U.S. Census Bureau, 9.5% of Utah County’s 622,213 residents are under the age of 5 as of July 1, 2018.

But which Utah County cities have the most babies? The following statistics show how many mothers from each city gave birth to new children in 2017 (sorted by percentage of city’s population).
