When Guns N’ Roses hit the stage at Vivint Smart Home Arena last week, it marked the first time that the main contingent of the band — lead singer Axl Rose, guitarist Slash and bassist Duff McKagan — had shared a stage in Salt Lake City in 26 years.

By all accounts, the band rocked the house with a powerful performance — and let’s face it, who knows how long it will be until the group rumbles through Utah again.

The band didn’t credential local reviewers or photographers to cover the show, but sent along a few photos by official tour photographer Katarina Benzova. To view a setlist of the show, visit heraldextra.com.
