Students of Spring City Elementary school had a jungle safari National School Lunch Day. The weather didn’t cooperate and so the jungle picnic was on the gym floor instead of outside on the grass. Parents and their children enjoyed sack lunches and getting their pictures taken in front of safari backdrops. Jeannette Turpin, our nationally honored lunch lady put a lot of imagination and effort into this great annual event.
