PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
`THE SANPETE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION WILL BE HOLDING THEIR NEXT MEETING ON WEDNESDAY, THE 14TH DAY OF MARCH, 2018, BEGINNING AT 6:30 P.M., IN THE SANPETE COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 160 NORTH MAIN, ROOM 101, MANTI, UTAH.

ARE OUTLINED IN THE FOLLOWING AGENDA
`6:30 P.M., Gay Bastian is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit for a ground mounted solararray located on her property at 300 East in the Axtell service area. The property is in the RA-2 zone with 40 acres on Parcel #11034.
`Alan Stapley is requesting approval of a 1-lot minor subdivision located West of Chester, 1 mile on the Feed Mill road. The total parcel acreage is 79.41 and located in the A zone. The subdivision lot will be 5.524 acres on Parcel #S-25793.
`Birch Creek Service Ranch is requesting approval of a Conditional use permit for a Dude Ranch located on their property south of Spring City approximately 3 ½ miles in the Pigeon Hollow area. It is located in the A zone on 78.2 acres on Parcel # 27367X.
`Kris Jorgensen is requesting preliminary approval of an 8 lot major subdivision located northeast of Manti City in the RA-2 zone. The property is 38.9 acres on Parcel # 7334X.
`Discussion of the County's private roads for subdivisions and developments, being accepted for county maintenance upon meeting a minimum standard for improvements.
