This week's Friday night high school football action featured crushing wins and heartbreaking losses for Utah Valley teams. Here are the scores from this week's games.
American Fork 31, Lehi 14
Trailing 14-7 in the third quarter, American Fork wide receiver Chase Roberts knew someone needed to step up and make a play. But no one expected that play to come from such a simple route.
“We saw on the film that he was bailing on the hitch, so we knew we were going to hit it in the third,” Roberts said. “I knew he was coming inside and made a move and just kept going. We got the momentum.”
