After nearly two decades of serving the city of Saratoga Springs, Mayor Jim Miller says he will not make another run for the seat in the upcoming November municipal election. In an announcement Wednesday on his social media page, Miller revealed that neither he nor City Council member Stephen Willden are seeking reelection, as both of their terms will end in January 2026.
